FUND A

Fund A was formed in January of 2003 and structured as a close ended investment fund. The Fund has an investment capability of $1.5B. The Fund’s investment philosophy is to invest in public companies in North America. The Fund focuses on investing in growth sectors of the North American economy. Tech Strategies is a consultant to the fund to identify companies for the fund to invest in, provide business development services for the funds targeted investment companies, and to develop strategic alliances for the fund.

The Fund’s goal is to seek investments in Companies in the biotechnology, telecommunications, energy, software and technology sectors. Investments are primarily made through privately negotiated transactions. The Fund, through it’s Adviser seeks to create long term relationships with companies. The Fund also seeks to build shareholder value in it's investments by participating actively in helping build company awareness in the public market. The Fund’s investor is a high net worth individual seeking capital appreciation.

FUND B

Fund B’s investments are focused on select, distinctive and uncorrelated equity investments in small to mid cap publicly traded corporations primarily in the United States and, to a less significant degree, on other major global stock exchanges. Such investments tend to be concentrated in sectors of the markets that the Fund believes to have the best opportunity for long- term growth, which can be sustained for 2-5 years. Although not limited to these sectors, the fund has particular expertise in: Technology (both hardware & software), Life Sciences, Mining, Oil & Gas & REITs.

The Fund attempts to seek out companies with extremely strong management teams that have a proven track record with unique products or a compelling marketing approach within their particular sector. A targeted approach allows the Fund to usually accumulate significant positions as a percent of a particular company’s gross market capitalization. Additionally, the Fund tends to develop close relationships with the management teams of its portfolio companies that, more often than not, lead to auxiliary transactions such as; buying positions from members of the management team, founders, or large shareholders that are looking to liquidate or diversify their own portfolios.

FUND C

This Fund is a financial institution that makes direct investments in US listed small and micro cap companies. Their vision is to lead the transformation of financial resources into growing profitable businesses in the small and micro cap universe.
